🚀 Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

📌 Order Processing & Handling Time:

• All orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing and handling before shipping.
• Bulk orders or special requests may take additional time.

📌 Estimated Delivery Time:

✅ Domestic Orders (India):

• After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days.

✅ International Orders:

• Estimated delivery time: 12 to 18 business days (depending on customs clearance).

📌 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, extreme weather).

💰 Shipping Charges

✅ Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

• This applies to all domestic orders, regardless of order value.

✅ International Orders: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on destination and package weight during checkout.

📌 Shipping charges, where applicable (e.g., for international orders), are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before dispatch.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

• ✔ Tracking ID & courier partner details
• ✔ A live tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

🚛 Lost, Delayed, or Failed Delivery

🔹 Delayed Delivery: If your domestic order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe (e.g., more than 10-12 business days), please contact us for assistance in coordinating with the courier partner.

🔹 Lost Package: If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, we will issue a full refund or, if you prefer and stock is available, send a replacement.

🔹 Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If they are unable to reach you after repeated attempts (due to incorrect address provided, unavailability, or refusal to accept):

• The package may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
• Re-shipping charges of ₹2000 will apply if the return occurs due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability. We recommend providing accurate address details and a reachable phone number.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

• 🚫 P.O. Boxes & Military APO/FPO addresses.
• 🚫 Countries restricted by Indian or international trade regulations.
