2. Orders, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Placing Orders
Orders on Toy4You.in are placed through the online shopping process. The steps to place an order include:

6. Receive order confirmation and delivery details

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled under certain conditions, and cancellation after an order has been shipped is not allowed. Non-standard products, which include special orders and products that require customization, are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If a customer wishes to cancel an order before it is shipped, we may charge reasonable cancellation or reliance fees depending on the order status. Once the order has been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.

Changes to Orders
Requests to change an order should be made promptly by contacting our support team. However, any request to modify an order will be subject to Toy4You’s approval. Non-standard products cannot be changed or returned without the agreement of Toy4You.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods
We use multiple shipping methods depending on your location.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and added to your order during checkout and will be visible before the final submission of the order.

Taxes
Prices listed on the Site may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (like GST). The final price including taxes will be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Import Duties and Taxes (for International Orders)
Customers are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees that apply to their orders shipped outside India. These charges are outside of Toy4You’s control.

Estimated Delivery Times

4. Handling and Restocking Fees

Order Processing / Handling Fees

Restocking Fees
If a customer wishes to cancel part of an order after it has been processed but before shipping, or returns an item for reasons other than defect or error (as per our Return Policy), a restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover the cost of handling and returning the item to stock.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices may change without notice due to market fluctuations, supplier pricing, or any other unforeseen factors. Payment Methods

6. Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges
Returns can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories), and in resalable condition. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee
Returns of products not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are non-returnable, including non-standard or custom-ordered products, items marked as final sale, or items that have been opened, used, installed, or damaged by the customer. Products identified as “Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable” (NC/NR) cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

7. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, issues related to third-party suppliers, shipping carrier failures, or communication network failures. Toy4You reserves the right to cancel or delay orders if such events occur.

8. Warranty

Products sold through Toy4You may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Details of any manufacturer warranty will be included with the product or available on the manufacturer’s website. Toy4You does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated. Warranty claims should typically be directed to the manufacturer. Toy4You is not responsible for defects resulting from improper usage, assembly, modification, neglect, or accidental damage by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (operating as Toy4You) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any products purchased on the Site, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability in connection with any product purchased shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Toy4You logo, product descriptions, images, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Customers agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content without prior written permission from Toy4You.

11. Export Terms

By purchasing products from Toy4You for delivery outside India, you agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that products ordered are not used in prohibited applications or exported to restricted countries or individuals. Toy4You will not ship products to countries under sanctions or embargoes imposed by Indian or international authorities.

12. Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Site, or products purchased from the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

13. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
