✅ What Does the Toy4You Warranty Cover?

All purchases made from Toy4You.in come with a 15-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

• ✔ Manufacturing defects in the products (toys).
• ✔ Functional issues due to factory faults (e.g., electronic toy not working out of the box).
• ✔ Incorrect items received that do not match your order.

📌 Note: If your product qualifies under this warranty for defects, we will offer a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy. This warranty is specifically for manufacturing defects and faults present upon arrival, distinct from our general return policy for other reasons.

❌ What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty?

Toy4You’s warranty does NOT cover the following:

• 🚫 Damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, drops, or rough handling.
• 🚫 Failure to follow product instructions or improper operation (e.g., using incorrect batteries, exceeding weight limits for ride-on toys).
• 🚫 Modifications, alterations, or tampering with the product.
• 🚫 Electrical damage to electronic toys due to overvoltage, short circuits, water exposure, or improper connections/charging.
• 🚫 Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, fading), or aging of materials.
• 🚫 Damage resulting from use in unintended environments or for commercial purposes (unless specified).
• 🚫 Consumable parts like batteries (unless defective upon arrival).

🛠 How to Claim Warranty?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, follow these steps within 15 days of delivery:

1. Inspect the Product: Carefully check the item and verify the issue qualifies under our warranty terms (not caused by misuse, etc.).
2. Contact Toy4You Support: Email support@toy4you.in with the following information:
   • Your Order Number
   • Product Name/Details & a Clear Description of the issue.
   • Clear Images or Videos showing the defect. Videos are often helpful for functional issues.
3. Verification: Our support team will review your claim and the provided evidence. We aim to respond within 2-4 business days.
4. Resolution: If your claim is approved based on evidence of a manufacturing defect:
   • We will offer a replacement unit of the same item, subject to availability.
   • If a replacement is not available, we will provide a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
   • We will provide instructions on returning the defective product if necessary (we may arrange pickup in some cases of confirmed defects).

📌 Note: Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery by contacting us with the required details. Late claims may not be accepted under this specific defect warranty.

📌 Additional Warranty Terms & Conditions

• One-Time Resolution: Each defective item is eligible for a one-time replacement or refund under this warranty.
• Shipping Charges for Returns: If a return of the defective item is required, Toy4You will typically cover or arrange the return shipping costs *after* verifying the manufacturing defect. If no defect is found upon inspection, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
• Inspection & Approval: We reserve the right to inspect and verify all returned items claimed as defective before processing a replacement or refund.
• Third-Party Manufacturer Warranty: Some products (especially certain electronic toys or branded items) may also be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which might offer longer coverage or different terms. In such cases, warranty claims might need to be processed directly through the respective manufacturer as per their policy, though we can assist in providing necessary purchase details.
