Age, safety and support

Adult supervision required. Do not use on steep slopes, near stairs, or in the rain. The 1-year battery guarantee covers the included battery if it fails in the first year.

Delivered across India. Free standard delivery on orders of ₹7,499 or more. GST invoice with every order. WhatsApp support 10 AM – 7 PM, all week.

Delivery: typically 3–7 business days across India. Product pages show the exact estimated date range. Free delivery on orders ₹1,999+. Orders below ₹1,999 have a ₹99 delivery charge. You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and email when the order ships.

Cash on Delivery: available on eligible pincodes with a small fee. Large ride-ons may require a token advance.

Transit / delivery damage: report within 48 hours with photos and we'll ship replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost when approved.

Incorrect items & unused returns: report within 7 days where applicable. Ride-ons that have been assembled and driven cannot be returned unless faulty. Full policy on our Returns page.

1-year battery guarantee: if the battery fails to hold charge within 12 months of delivery under normal use, we replace it free.

6-month parts warranty: motors, gearbox, charger and electronics against manufacturing defects.

Not covered: physical damage, water ingress, overloading beyond the rated weight, and batteries stored flat for extended periods.

Claims are handled on WhatsApp — send your order number and a short video and our team takes it from there.

Does it come assembled?

Ride-ons arrive 85–90% assembled. Wheels, steering wheel, seat and mirrors take about 20–30 minutes with the included tools. Our WhatsApp team can guide you on a video call.

How long does the battery last?

Typically 45–90 minutes of continuous driving depending on weight, terrain and speed. A full charge takes 8–12 hours. Charge fully before first use.

Can I control it if my child is too small?

Yes — models with a parental remote let you steer, brake and set the speed from a distance. The remote overrides the pedal.

Is COD available?

On eligible pincodes, yes, with a small fee. For large ride-ons we may ask for a token advance. WhatsApp us your pincode to confirm.
